Brief Description
The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), North Western Railway (NWR), Jaipur, invites online applications from interested candidates for the engagement of 2162 Act Apprentices. This is a one-year training program under the Apprentices Act 1961 for imparting training in designated trades at various Workshops and Units within the jurisdiction of North Western Railway. The selection will be purely based on merit, calculated from the marks obtained in the 10th class and ITI examinations. There will be no written test or interview.

Candidates must have completed 15 years and should not have completed 24 years of age. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- The candidate must have passed the 10th class examination or its equivalent (under the 10+2 system) with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Board.
Technical Qualification
- Must have a National Trade Certificate (ITI) in the notified trade issued by NCVT/SCVT.
Selection Process
Merit-Based Selection
- There will be **no written test or viva-voce**.
- The selection will be based on a merit list prepared by taking the average of the percentage of marks obtained by the candidates in both Matriculation (10th Class) and the ITI examination.
- Equal weightage will be given to both qualifications.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification.
